This Privacy Policy explains how Bloc collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Platform. We respect your privacy and follow the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, role (Player or Operator), and messages you send through our contact form. When you book or list a Court, we collect booking details and payment metadata returned by our payment processors.

We may also collect basic device and usage information (such as browser type and pages viewed) to operate and improve the Platform.

How we use information

Bloc uses this information to process booking inquiries, support users, manage accounts, communicate updates, prevent fraud, and improve the Platform experience.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. Bloc does not store full card numbers. Payment processors handle card and e-wallet data under their own privacy and security standards.

Sharing

Bloc may share necessary booking or payment-related information with Operators, payment providers, and service providers involved in delivering the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
