Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made through Bloc. It applies to all Players and Operators using the Platform in the Philippines.

Player cancellations

Players may cancel a confirmed booking through the Platform. Cancellation eligibility for a refund may depend on the Spot, the booking schedule, and the timing of the cancellation request relative to the start time.

The cancellation window and refund amount for a specific booking will be shown at the time of cancellation.

Operator cancellations

If an Operator needs to cancel a confirmed booking (for example, due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances), affected Players will receive a full refund of the booking amount.

No-shows

If a Player does not arrive at the scheduled time and does not cancel in advance, the booking is considered a no-show and is generally non-refundable.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your bank or e-wallet.

Convenience fees

Convenience fees charged at checkout are non-refundable unless required by law or as part of an Operator cancellation.
